My Email
My Email is your mailbox inside BeigeCRM. Connect an account and your correspondence arrives here — but unlike a normal client, every message can be linked to the lead, person, deal, or company it concerns. That link is the whole point: it's what turns a contact record into a history rather than a business card.
Folders#
The familiar set: Inbox, Starred, Sent, Drafts, Archive, and Trash. If you've connected more than one account, the account switcher at the foot of the folder list moves between them or shows all at once.
Linking mail to records#
Messages carry entity chips showing what they're linked to — a Contact, a Lead, a Deal. Linked mail appears on that record's Emails tab, so the next person to open the deal sees the thread without going looking.
Linking also feeds lead scoring, and the weighting is deliberate: a reply from a lead is worth 9 points, while mail you send is worth 2. Effort spent isn't the same as interest shown.
Writing mail#
Compose opens a composer with the usual formatting, attachments, and inline images. Drafts autosave as you type, so a closed tab doesn't lose the message.
Replies from a thread keep the recipients and subject, and stay attached to whatever record the original was linked to.
